Role of learners
In the process of teaching, the teacher who gives the knowledge and the learners who receive the knowledge is equally important. Both sides affect the teaching-learning process. The role of learners is to ask questions and teachers responsibility is to use questions carefully, giving satisfying replies to the learners as well as stimulate the learner’s reflection.
Education is the essential part of our life without it survival of humans is not possible. The role of learners is in identifying issues, surveying interests; analyze findings, developing projects in response to teacher request. Some people think that learners success excels in education depends on the hard work of teachers. Others claim that it mostly depends on the tendency of learners. I discuss both perspectives in detail as a piece of writing. This essay will explain the distinguishing features of teaching and learning as well as the role of learners.
On one hand, teachers are the major bodies in the education system because they are professionally trained to teach people gracefully. Though there is a lot of modern technologies for learning. But these all act as an instructor, not a tutor.
The tutor helps the students to face the reality of life by sharing his own experience. For instance, the lecturer develops a lesson with the power point presentation and also animation by self-respect to make topic impressive. As a result, the students are more attracted towards learning in regular classrooms.
Contrary in some cases the brain power of pupils overweighs the advantages of the tutor. In this matter, the student’s curiosity, intelligence, awareness as well as learning attitude play the very crucial role. The aversion of students to learn something does not lead to success. It depends upon students whether to accept acquaintance by lecturer or not. In addition, a brilliant mind can crack examinations by self-study. To illustrate the Bihar student got 21 st rank in IPS by own efforts in the study.
The role of learners is to practice social skills, communication, and consequences. Cooperation, collaboration, commitment are all skills to be built as learners work in groups. Teamwork is a highly social activity that enables the learners to exchange ideas, respecting of other learners in ideas and groups. Moreover, the role of learners is to participate in creating intentional, strategic plans for activities. Engaging in activities reinforce their commitment to learning
On the other side, the benefits of online teaching and learning are more these days. Single parents those with a full-time job looking to further their career with new skills and students who are looking to attend school part-time are few examples of who uses online schools. However, the time has come to recognize that the teachers are not the only source of information in the classroom. Students learn and get more content from online these days. Teacher and student personalities, values and belief systems affect the teaching and learning process.
To conclude, for getting academic achievement several factors involves teachers efforts, skills and also students learning capabilities and potential hence equal contribution is required for both sides then only higher goal can be achieved.
